But doesn't he look like a sweet balding old man in this one?
Yesterday was the day of the blue sweater vests at church.
I was buying these Easter outfits when I went into labor with Jared.
I was at the mall trying to get some regular contractions going, and when we got to Carters at 7:00 pm. I had a contraction that "got my attention"; trying not to get my hopes up, I kept casually browsing while timing them. Five minutes apart and lasting 30 seconds... I was checking out at 7:45 and had a contraction that had me leaning on the counter and my eyes watering. It was time to go. (You should've seen the look on the young cashier's face- "Uh... they didn't train me for this." She was worried.)

the girls said they saw your boys in matching vests like ours. But they're not exactly like ours so we don't have to avoid each other in the halls after all.
you were really bending over in full-blown labor at the counter scaring the lady? I love when you share all these tidbits with us.
Wow. Really?!? You didn't want to hurry it up and rush home? You HAD to get the vests! Of course!
Cute picture. I love it when babies look like little old men.
We almost bought that vest for Jared last week! Nathan really wanted to get him a little church outfit, but I talked him out of it. I figured you probably already had stuff like that from Parker, since church stuff doesn't really get worn out. Glad we picked out something else. But, we did buy that vest for Carter! I just love sweater vests :)
What a bunch of handsome men! Gosh, Jared looks so much like you! I can't believe that vest fit him, it looked so big when you bought it. (I was getting kind of nervous to when I saw you leaning against the counter to check out!)
Ha ha! The balding man comment made me laugh out loud! Parker was the same way, lets hope when you have a girl she doesn't come out with a receeding hair line. :)
