Two weeks old!

It feels like Parker has been here two days, not two weeks. But either way I love him so much and am so glad he's here. I don't miss being pregnant at all!

Parker is still an all star baby. He started sleeping consistent three hour blocks this week, and last night he gave me one four hour block. It was so nice... I felt good enough to go to sacrament meeting with Mark this morning. It was fun to take him and have everyone eww and ahh over him.

So our little family is doing great. It looks like we'll all be feeling well enough to attend the family reunion in Tennesse this next weekend!

I'll add some pictures of our little two week old for your enjoyment!

Cannon Update

So, everyone always asks how our spoiled little pooch is adjusting to thew new little guy. He is, surprisingly, doing better than anyone would have ever thought.

Here he is guarding Parker while he sleeps. When we take Parker on walks he barks at anyone that comes around us. (He didn't do that before when we would walk him.)

Everyone that knows Cannon has noticed how he has mellowed out. He's really calm now, I know hard to believe. In the mornings, he pops up on the side of the bed, wagging his tail, waiting to sniff the baby. And, if I'm holding/feeding Parker Cannon usually just sits there beside us. He doesn't throw toys in my lap as he was ALWAYS doing before.

We do kind of feel bad for him. While we love his new mild temperment, we're sure he's gaining weight because we're definitely not playing with him or walking him as much. I feel like we're taking advantage of him being such a good boy.

I have the most wonderful boys in my life. The best husband, best son, and best puppy.

Here's Parker!

Hey, here's my man Parker Reid. Born on May 8th and 7 lbs 15 oz and we have a corrected length of 21 inches. He's a great baby, he'll just sit and stare at you when awake and he sleeps, eats good. Everybody likes this picture so I thought I'd share it with those yet to see it!

D-Day

Any day now could be D-Day, Christy has a c0-worker who was due the day after her who had her baby girl last night. Were excited and a little stressed. Christy has finally stop doing work visit and is just finishing up some last paperwork waiting for the baby to come. Christy also has her money on the baby coming tuesday the 6th. I think it will be more like the 10th but what do I know :)

I have my last final on the 6th so as long as it happens after that afternoon that would be great! But it doesn't really matter when it happens were just ready for Parker to come!
